The manager was excellent, but who ever was assigned to my vehicle wasn't very transparent. I felt like I had to keep reaching out to him, which is why I ended up speaking to the manager. I had dropped my care off the night before so that my car would be there for the 8:00 am appointment. I had to call at 9:45 am to find out what the status was ..the. They said they hadn't had a chance to look at my car YET...and I had an appointment. So then I had to call again at 1:00 pm they said they looked at my car and hadn't seen the issue. Finally I talk to the manager and he asked me just a few questions and he right away knew that I needed a new battery. My care was available for pick up at 5:30 pm. I was satisfied with the fact that the manager found the issue, but irritated that I had to wait all day just for a battery replacement. The mechanic needs to ask more questions if he would have I could have told him exactly what the message was saying in the car when it was stalling out. The mechanic seemed almost like he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. It was equal to someone driving a car and not knowing where they were going. Please train the mechanic to want to listen to the customer...it otherwise is a waste of everyone's time More
Brought the car in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. After parking the car I was not able to get the key released Sergey came over got released and had a check to see what was wrong. I decided to take care of everything that same day so he got me a loaner so I wouldn’t be without a car. Everything‘s was great. More
Call for setting appointment was a 5! Woman on the phone was terrific. Service was a 5: oil change and tire rotate complete in 20 minutes. I appreciate the engagement he was offering the customer on the phone: he could have made eye contact, a hand motion, or even momentarily put the customer on hold to provide guidance or expectation. I had my timer set: at 15 minutes I was walking. Would not have come back. More

This zero stars but being told to rate it. Unable to come to reasonable conclusion with damages to vehicle. Service staff locked key in vehicle and scratched paint on all 4 doors. Did not want any Andrew sta to reasonable conclusion with damages to vehicle. Service staff locked key in vehicle and scratched paint on all 4 doors. Did not want any Andrew staff working on vehicle. Since there staff never looked at the damages done to vehicle to acknowledge any damages done to it. Stated that there was a different party they contract work with but refuses to give information to take to them for repairs. More
