Dropped my car off to have my shifter replaced, that went fine and was told to pick up my car by 7 because that’s when the cashier leaves. Got off work at 6 and took an uber there and arrived at about 6:35 a fine and was told to pick up my car by 7 because that’s when the cashier leaves. I waited in the cashier room for about 15 minutes before I went back out and asked again for help and he said he texted the sales manager, but this time went and got him. I think it was the Sales Manager that came over and he was very nice and I understand that it wasn’t his department and he had to call someone to find my paperwork and keys which took a little longer than it needed to. But he was very nice and apologetic. When I got to my car one of the very first things I notice is the center console is extremely loose. I can just rock it back and forth. So next morning I call, talk to the first person, she directs me to someone else, then he directs me to someone else who never picks up and the call just drops. So I call back again and she just transfers me during to Joel, who didn’t pick up but I was able to leave a voicemail. Joel returned my call very quickly and told me to come in to get my center console looked at, I was able to go right away and Joel had it looked at immediately and fixed in 15-20 mins. Joel and the Sales manager were very nice and helpful but the whole process was very annoying. Especially picking up my car thinking it is fixed, just to have another problem wrong with the car. Everything is working good now though and no more Shift to Park notification, which is why I originally brought it in. More

Communication was not greatest. I recently dropped my car off at Andrew Chevrolet, clearly explaining the issues I was experiencing. I was told it would take a few days for them to get to it, which was fine since I had another car t clearly explaining the issues I was experiencing. After a week, I received a call stating there was nothing wrong with my car, so I went to pick it up. However, as soon as I drove off, all the warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree. I called the dealership immediately and was told, “We’re closing soon, come back tomorrow,” but since I was just up the street, I decided to drop the car off right away. During the time they had my car, I kept getting calls from the dealership asking if I wanted to sell it, which felt very fishy. Fast forward a week later, I was informed that I needed a new BCM system and it would cost $3,000. I declined and said I’d get a second opinion. They charged me $180 after keeping my car for two weeks with no communication and no work done. I will not be coming back to Andrew Chevrolet. More
