Not sure I purchase my truck from Andrew and took it in for a oil change and tire rotation well the tires were not rotated because I had a tire repair on the driver front and it was still there and I know for a oil change and tire rotation well the tires were not rotated because I had a tire repair on the driver front and it was still there and I know that the tires were not rotated because it still there and no one stated that I didn't need but 2 oil change later.I came in and paid for a oil change and tire rotation reach out to the Manteance Deptement and still haven't heard back from anyone. Their service stinks! I have a leased vehicle that is fully covered. They had my car for weeks to fix the AC, finally got it back AND THE AC STILL DOESN’T WORK. Its still hot and not blowing cold air. Wo fully covered. They had my car for weeks to fix the AC, finally got it back AND THE AC STILL DOESN’T WORK. Its still hot and not blowing cold air. Works great if it’s 60 and cloudy and you recirculate outside air with the AC. Not so good when it’s 85 or 90 and sunny. Not fun riding around sweating in the heat with hot air blowing on you. Service order states that coolant was added. Guess that isn’t the problem! Waiting for a call from the “service department “. Don’t really expect that will happen. This is the second time with a second vehicle that I have had to be involved with this service department, and there won’t be a third! Customer service is not a priority. More
