Took my $40,000 plus (that I bought from Andrew Chevrolet less than a month ago) truck in for a radio/entertainm FFA PLUS! FREQUENTLY FAILING ALWAYS! Took my $40,000 plus (that I bought from Andrew Chevrolet less than a month ago) truck in for a radio/entertainment unit repairs yesterday and left today with another issues. No one there at Andrew came up with a legitimate answer to solve the problem. Bought 3 vehicles from Andrew over the past maybe 5 years and I'm greatly disappointed. Service Repair Department is a total joke who doesn't care if your vehicle is fixed properly. Maybe if my vehicle was a Corvette I would receive top notch service. I was ignored by service reps who took care of a lady with a mini skirt & high heels skipped in front of me. It seems to me that the main objective is to sell vehicles at any cost then after that forget all about the customer/s. I'm done with this lot and Chevrolet vehicles. They don't stand behind their word, promises, or advertisement. This has been the worst vehicle buying experience for me. No stars for nobody! Goodbye Andrew & GM Chevrolet! More
