On my most recent visits to Andrew Chevrolet I made an appointment to check the door handle lock and unlock button. I was told that parts needed to be ordered and they wouldn’t be in for 10 days, that was appointment to check the door handle lock and unlock button. I was told that parts needed to be ordered and they wouldn’t be in for 10 days, that was on 12/16. I waited for a call to let me know the parts were in and schedule the service, and I waited, and I waited. Finally, once I finally gave up hope and decided to call myself, sometime around 1/20!! I was informed that the part was in and was able to schedule the service, for 1/31. After all of that, the part was installed and I had my vehicle back in a couple of hours. I had previously purchased two cars from Andrew Chevrolet, and had been bringing multiple vehicles there for service over the years. I am a very unsatisfied and unimpressed customer and I have no intention of using their services again. More
