Sold me car without ability to remove the hardtop convertibl Although my purchase experience on Feb. 2, 2019 went smoothly, I did not find out about needing a special key in order to remove and place my hard top Although my purchase experience on Feb. 2, 2019 went smoothly, I did not find out about needing a special key in order to remove and place my hard top for my 2002 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. I found this out after I had to purchase an owners manual as the car did not come with the owners manual. So when I called the dealership back after finding out I need the special tool, they did not have it nor did they apologize to me. I ended up ordering this tool from a Ford dealership at a cost of 165.00. otherwise, when the weather gets nice I would not be able to remove my hard top. So I am out an additional 165.00 which does not include the 49.95 I spent to get a replacement owners manual. Buyer beware when shopping at this dealership. It is very unfortunate, as I believe this dealership could do better regarding customer service. James Medin More
