That was my experience buying my 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML 350 from Larry and Scott at Ultimo Motors. I flew to Chicago from Kansas City, MO to purchase my Benz. A driver was waiting at Midway Airport to pick me up. My salesman, Scott, greeted me at the curb when I arrived at the dealership. Larry, Owner, not far behind came up to greet me with an inviting smile and warm hand shake. My ML 350 was ready and waiting for me inside this massive 35,000 sq ft showroom. After I inspected my beautiful car Larry kindly escorted me on a tour of his beautiful INDOOR facility. All cars from initial arrival to delivery to new owner are protected indoors. Everyone that I bought my C- Class Mercedes from UItimo Motors recently and will not hesitate to say this has been my best car buying experience ever. Everyone that I interacted with (Scott and Tasho) were extremely helpful. Scott went extra my to help me obtain financing for my vehicle in spite of my challenging credit situation. Tasho drove for over an hour to pick me up from my residence on the day that I bought the car. Both Scott and Tasho provided me with excellent advice about my choice of vehicle that is best suited to my current need and situation, and for that I am really grateful. The Ultimo staff really cares about their customers. For honest, professional treatment of customers, excellent customer service and quality of vehicles, I strongly recommend Ultimo Motors. In fact, in a few months few months, I plan to go back to them to buy an E-Class Mercedes. More

I had spec'ed a particular 2008 Porsche 911 4S and made an appointment to drive the car. Larry had my car and a comparable car for comparison for me to check out, cleaned and ready to go. Bonus that I could take my time looking at the cars inside their heated showroom on a cold Chicago day. My car had not gone through their standard independent evaluation yet because it had just come in, but they knew it needed clutch work and were straightforward about their concerns. We agreed on a price, contingent on my being satisfied with the clutch and independent inspection, and even though it turned out that the car needed a bit more work to make it road ready, Ultimo never blinked and stuck to the agreed price. The car is more than I'd hoped for. Immaculate condition and truly road ready with the peace-of-mind insurance of the independent inspection. If anything, even better than how it was represented online. The haggling over price was kept to a civilized minimum, as is fitting given these cars have a fairly narrow and established market price. I felt like I received a very fair deal and was treated with respect and professionalism at all times. When I picked up the car the next day it was cleaned (again) and the entire staff at Ultimo from Larry, to the manager Scott, to the guys who were cleaning and maintaining the cars, were friendly, professional, and helpful. Such a contrast to a shall-not-be-named Porsche dealer who seem surprised when I showed up at the agreed upon time and had to jump the filthy and ill-maintained car I'd make an appointment to see that was clearly not truthfully advertised. Nail in the coffin, they did the typical slimy and disrespectful number on me when I asked questions, as if surprised I had a clue about what I was intending to purchase. Going from them to Ultimo was like going from xxxx to heaven. Would definitely use Ultimo again and recommend them to anyone I knew who was looking for a luxury or super car. Fair, professional, honest, and wonderful to work with. More
