The actual process was simple once I got comfortable with it. The sales person I used was Frank Baginski. He was awesome and followed up on every issue. During my process I saw another car they had that I needed for my kids. So, I bough two cars. I have only had them for about 2 - 3 weeks, but they seem to be everything that as promised. Very happy with my purchase. The only issue that I can complain about is delivery on the e550 was horrible meaning I had no idea if I would ever receive it. Frank took care of it. More

Yes I went back again!! I went back in to see Frank, of course he had everything ready and met me at the door. I had my son with me and he works at a dealership. He told me even he thought he was like family. We went for a Caddy for a present for the folks. No pushing and of course no waiting. I do want to apologize to Gloria (Real name is Doris). My last review about financing girl I called her Gloria, She goes over every bit of paper and makes sure you understand. I can not say enough about the dealership, but stop in you will not be disappointed. Very easy & satisfying experience I had been in the market for a pre-owned Land Rover LR4, and wasn't finding any to my liking at nearby dealerships. I expanded my search to other regions and found one that I really liked at Ultimo. I was skeptical because I live in Seattle, and they are near Chicago, so it was very unlikely that I would travel to see the car. I decided to email some questions about it and missed a call from Frank. I called him the next day and he talked to me about the car even though it was his day off. He assured me that Ultimo does a lot of long distance business and they take great pride in the satisfaction of their customers.I had some questions about a couple of the pictures online, and the next day he sent me very clear and detailed photos that he took himself as soon as he got in. I decided to make the purchase and the whole thing was seamless. I already had financing arranged through my local credit union, so he took care of all the paper work and arranged shipment. 5 days later the car was in my garage and I have no regrets. I will definitely look at Ultimo again for my next vehicle purchase, and might even go out there next time as an excuse for a trip to Chicago. More
