Outstanding Dealership First of all I apologize for the lengthy story but details are important. I just purchased my automobile from Ultimo Motors after having had the p First of all I apologize for the lengthy story but details are important. I just purchased my automobile from Ultimo Motors after having had the pleasure to get Rocking Roll Larry out of bed when I called at midnight thinking I was going to get the dealerships voicemail. Well that was Not the case since Larry puts his calls on call forwarding because he Loves his job so much and he meant it as I apologized and offered to call back in the morning and he had absolutely no issues in telling me all about the car then promised me that his partner Frank would follow up with me as he was going to be off the next couple of days. The next morning I receive a call from Frank and we scheduled a test drive, the experience was hassle free, no pressure no hassle because Ultimo Motors is basically an on line dealer and the price you see is what it is. Frank was as cordial and as professional as one can expect. After the test drive I met with Scott the numbers guy, I gave him some information and in five minutes got approved. Once we got past the credit check I told Frank and Scott that I wanted to compare the interest rate with another bank and while most dealers would try to hold you hostage and keep you from leaving without asking for your first born child that was not the case here, I got to leave without any bruises. The next day I called to schedule the purchase of the vehicle and in conversation found out that there was only one ignition key for the vehicle which didn't make me too happy as it would have set me back $250.00 to get a copy. Well while Frank and Scott knew that the key issue was not a deal killer when I went in to sign the papers without my even asking Scott had already ordered a key for me at their expense, how cool is that? Well hang on, that's nothing yet, keep reading. So after I talk with Scott I now meet a lovely young lady, Doris, she is one of the owners and we finalize the paperwork in about ten minutes and I'm out of there with my new Benz. So several days later I have a minor issue with the vehicle which I had purchased in "AsI is Condition without any warranty" so when I had the issue I never even called Doris and I just took it to a Benz dealer hoping that the extended warranty plan I had purchased through Doris but through a third party would cover the repair and if need be I was willing to deal with the bill myself. As it turns the policy wouldn't cover the repair as there is a thirty day grace period from the date of purchase which I later recalled Doris clearly telling me this. Well within an hour after I left the Benz dealer don't I get a call from Doris asking what was wrong with the car because the insurance company called her informing her about my looking to file a claim. I tell Doris that the horn wasn't functioning to which she tells me that she would contact the dealer and the insurance company to see if she could make this as painless as possible. No more than maybe an hour later Doris calls me back informing me that since the insurance wouldn't be able to cover the bill Ultimo Motors would pickup my bill. What you say? who does this? Ultimo Motors does this, that's who, they stand behind their customer after the sale. I wish I needed another car just so I could buy it from Ultimo Motors. More
