So disappointing I was pining for the opportunity to see ultimo and all it's car glamor, i was prepared to buy. Beyond expectations !ft to do was iron out a few small det browsing on line for mid 2000 s convertible , connected to Ultimo Motors . They were showing an Audi A4 with low mileage that caught my eye . Had no browsing on line for mid 2000 s convertible , connected to Ultimo Motors . Researched Audi a little bit and decided to contact Ultimo Motors on line . Frank Baginsky replied quickly and we e-mailed a few times , and later I called Frank . After we talked a while I felt this guy is for real , ok kind of guy . Needed to replace a smaller convertible , so drove to Warrenville to view the Audi in person . (475 miles). Impressed to say the least ! We had already discussed terms of sale on the phone , so all that was left to do was iron out a couple of details and we traded cars . Closing procedure was quick and handled expertly by Doris . Good experience, will check their store again . More

Excellent out- of- state purchase experience I was wary about buying a car from a dealership that is 800 miles from my home, but was more at ease after speaking with Frank Lahey at Ultimo. We dis I was wary about buying a car from a dealership that is 800 miles from my home, but was more at ease after speaking with Frank Lahey at Ultimo. We discussed the 2014 Mercedes E550 cab that I had viewed on the website and also the multiple HD photos of the car which were helpful. However, I still decided to fly in to Chicago to view the vehicle in person and Frank agreed to pick me up at the airport. Frank was there as promised and drove me to the dealership. Once there, I found the vehicle to be as represented on the website. We finalized negotiations and Frank arranged shipment to my home in Atlanta. The car arrived in great condition with the exception of a chip in the windshield that Frank had noted prior to shipment. Frank and Ultimo Motors agreed to pay for the installation of a new windshield which was completed by my local MB dealer. Both Frank Lahey and Frank Baginski helped with arranging the payment to my local MB dealer for the replacement of the windshield. All in all, it was an excellent experience. More
