So I drove 3hrs hoping and praying that this was first a legitimate/reputable establishment and secondly that the car I put a deposit on, was in at least decent condition. I arrived to meet an outstanding staff and top a top shelf product. I'm very fortunate to have found this dealer with the very car I was looking for. I quickly realized Ultimo and Frank Baginski were doing business in such a transparent and customer centric manner that I found myself skeptical from past experiences that this was what I was actually seeing in them. Took me a few question and answer exchanges with them to actually believe it. This is a car dealership you can trust. Bought my car sight unseen and could not have been more pleased upon its arrival. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle like Ultimo sells, I would highly recommend you buy from Ultimo. Doris Ghaben in the business office was also exceptional. I tried to work with my credit union whom I have a long standing relationship on financing. After getting a rate quote I was not satisfied with as competitive, I asked Ultimo to provide me with a quote. I told them the rate I received from my credit union and Frank and his team not only beat it, they blew the doors off it. When it became a little more difficult to get a hold of Doris, Caroline stepped in and was great and prompt in her responses (email).
