Second time was better than the first with Ultimo! In January of 2015 I got the bug for a CLS55 AMG, and I found a beautiful, low mileage '06 at their Ogden Ave. location. I'm sorry that I don't recall In January of 2015 I got the bug for a CLS55 AMG, and I found a beautiful, low mileage '06 at their Ogden Ave. location. I'm sorry that I don't recall the persons' names, but both of the people I dealt with were professional, friendly and got their jobs done quickly and without a hitch. Despite loving that car, I got the itch for an SLK AMG. I found several nice ones in the '11-'12 range, but the absolute best looking one, with but 14,000 miles on it, was at Ultimo's Weaver Parkway location. Just knowing this, the car was almost bought then & there! My Sunday email was answered by Frank Baginski early on Monday morning. Since the dealership hadn't even posted pictures of the vehicle, he texted me some by noon.I had spoken by phone with him in the AM, and by mid-afternoon I'd purchased it - such was the confidence I felt in Frank & with my earlier dealings with the company. It was torture to wait until the following Saturday to make the 280 mile drive - and further torture when the Check Engine light came on! (And something I thought had been sorted out just weeks earlier.) When I told Frank there might be a glitch, his reply was astounding - and pleasing to hear: "We don't have glitches here." So we didn't. I've purchased about 30 vehicles in the past 30 years - most for my delivery business, and I can honestly say that Doris Ghaben's handling of the paperwork went better than I'd ever experienced. I cannot recommend this dealership too highly! More

Every person we dealt with was professional and friendly, the experience was transparent, and the price was more than fair. They were patient with all of our questions, and even reminded me of a few I forgot to ask! The cars were in phenomenal condition, and all looked brand new. From beginning to end the team was fast and upfront about everything. I will never go anywhere else when I need to purchase a vehicle whether or not I live in the area. More
