I live in Ohio but was heading to Chicago anyway to visit the folks so I placed a deposit to hold the car until I could get there. Larry and Frank both helped me with that and were very accommodating with no pressure about a meeting time. I arrived Saturday morning and the car was waiting to be test driven and for someone to drive my trade as well. I was never sure I was going to go through with the deal and told them that before I arrived - they never pressured me as to time as I drove the M2 three times to make sure I want to trade since I only owned the traded car 2 months (BMW 235i). We finally worked out a deal and I was on my way after lunch with a nearly new M2 at the best price I could find at the time. I think I gained a few new Chicago friends at the same time - it was more like a visit than a car purchase. Showroom was a lot of fun to tour as well and Doris does a great job with expediting the paperwork. Great experience. More

Chicago is a long way to go for a sight unseen car. I called anyway, and ended up speaking to Frank Baginski. We discussed the car to make sure it was everything shown. I took a leap of faith and flew to Chicago IL. Of course I threatened life and limb if I got there and the car had issues. I flew into O'Hare, and Frank picked me up. Got to the dealer the car was everything the site said it was. We test drove, and I purchased the car, and drove it back to Montana. Love the car. Everybody at the dealer was nice and helpful. Frank made this easy for a very nervous lady from Montana. I never never thought I would buy a vehicle in this way. Good job FRANK. More

I wasn't sure what I was looking for but always enjoyed browsing the inventory thinking at I visited Ultimo on several occasions over the last year. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but always enjoyed browsing the inventory thinking at some point I might make a purchase if the right car came along. Each time I met with Larry. He was incredibly helpful and never pushy. He encouraged me to come in, take my time and browse whenever I wanted to. He was never pushing to sell me something but more interested in providing me with information and the space to make a decision on my own time. I eventually purchased a Porsche. I have to say, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and in this case, for a used car. I worked with Doris for financing and she was awesome. She was helpful and honest and didn't try to load in a bunch of dealer frills into the purchase. Everyone was completely transparent throughout the transaction. Unlike most car buying experiences where you can't wait to get out of the dealership, I actually enjoyed the process and working with everyone involved at Ultimo. I would definitely buy again from Ultimo. More

Ask to deal with Frank B. I was in the market for a high end car and luckily happened to find a car I was interested in available at Ultimo Motors. I intentionally always dres I was in the market for a high end car and luckily happened to find a car I was interested in available at Ultimo Motors. I intentionally always dress like I am a "bum" when I go to car dealerships with the intention of attracting a salesperson/dealer who doesn't judge a book by its cover. At Ultimo, I walked in dressed in jeans, all white air force ones, and a White Sox hoodie and within under a minute Frank B. approached us and wanted to work with us. This type of customer service is priceless, because as I have seen too many times in the past, my experience(s) at car dealerships have been of the "judgmental kind." We ended up paying cash for the car and both parties were happy with the transaction. Word of advice: You never know how much money someone has so never judge them by how they dress! Millionaires exist everywhere and are smart enough to stay under the radar! More
