First time virtually purchasing a vehicle. Shawn made the process of buying the M5 from 1,000 miles away very easy. He had no issues with having the local BMW dealer do a PPI on the car, and he was up front about what he could do and couldn't with the deal. I've never purchased a car without seeing it, and he made the process very easy. While I'm glad I got the PPI that found some minor cosmetic issues, the car was overall in great shape once it arrived in Florida. I would highly recommend dealing with Shawn on your next purchase. When we got there Frank was all prepared with the answers to all the questions we had asked He asked if we would like to take it for a test drive. He told were to drive and said take your time, "no hurry". We came back and decided we wanted to think about the purchase and we left with no hassles. We called him the next morning to tell him we wanted to finance the car and he stepped up and had the finance manager work on the financing right away.They got what we wanted. In less than 1/2 hour we had the financing and we were on are way to pick up the car. Loved the experience and we love the car. Will do business with this company again!!
