Easy. No pressure. Great inventory. I went in to buy a Porsche with my family. The car was perfect, just as advertised. After my kids walked around, we ended up leaving with a X6-M. Good overall Loving my Porsche! Although the day I took it home I got a warning light on the dashboard, I am enjoying every minute of it now. I called Ultimo when Loving my Porsche! I called Ultimo when the warning light came up and they set me up with their repair shop "Village Automotive and Customs Inc." They took care of whatever repairs were needed and of course zero charges and they were prompt and they have super nice customer service. The issue was a small problem (understandable when you buy a used car), it was a valve in the sports exhaust system which was replaced and voila! Ready to ride! It would have been perfect if there were no issues but hey, i am an understanding guy and so far and after two weeks, the car is flawless! Ultimo was amazing with customer service and Frank B. was all about me and my interest in the car I wanted, there was no pushing or any sort of pressure. Overall, a great car buying experience plus, they have really nice machines in their showroom. Oh! and the numbers and financing process was pleasant, quick and easy. More

Absoulutely Fantastic - From a Skeptic I am super pleased with the purchase of my Jag from Ultimo motors. Since I am out of state, I didn’t have the opportunity to see or drive the car I w I am super pleased with the purchase of my Jag from Ultimo motors. Since I am out of state, I didn’t have the opportunity to see or drive the car I was purchasing. Since I never dealt with Ultimo, I went online to read reviews. Though reviews were very positive, I tend to focus on the most negative which reinforced my concerned about buying sight-unseen. I also took the time to contact a few of the reviewers directly. To ease my concern, Scott the Sales Manger worked with me to get the car to a local Jag dealer where I was happy to pay for a pre-purchase Inspection. Ultimo was not put off by having to take the car over to the dealer or for the delay it caused in the process. I was told doing so was probably a waste of money but it was worth the peace of mind before I had the car shipped. In the end, the car was exactly as advertised and described. The Jag dealer said it was like new. Scott was right - It was a waste of money but such is life. In addition, Scott and Dan the Finance Manager were very clear, patient and responsive to any questions, concerns or requirements I had. Both were incredibly accommodating. No one was ever in a rush to get me off the phone or to move the sale through. The car was shipped and arrived ahead of schedule and is AWESOME and the price was very fair!!!! 5 stars all around. More
