I worked out a deal with Scott Gurel over the phone...when I arrived the car was exactly as Scott had described it, no surprises, no exaggerations. Scott is very low pressure, very humble and is hands down one of the best people I have dealt with when buying a car. Also, the whole process was very streamlined, professional and easy - I was at the dealer ship less than an hour in total and that included inspecting the S6 and looking around at other amazing vehicles in the showroom (dreaming a little bit!). Professional, First Class I have worked with many used highline dealerships over the past 15 years, generally speaking I have chosen to not re-visit any of them after the initi I have worked with many used highline dealerships over the past 15 years, generally speaking I have chosen to not re-visit any of them after the initial experience due to simliar reasons; ranging from really in-experienced sales people, questionable inventory and lack of a service focused culture. My experience with Ultimo mirrored that of what I experienced when visiting/purchasing a new car from a BMW dealership. This particular purchase was interesting as I traded in a car, took my new purchase home, had a change of heart and switched to a different vehicle the following day, this change of heart was not problematic with Frank my sales rep or Scott the manager, they both said no problem, happy to make the change, no harm, no foul. This level of understanding and service, without any hassle is really reflective of my overall experience. Highly reccomend Ultimo, showroom is spotless, they only deal in high spec'd out, well conditioned cars. More

Poor Customer Service Scam Warranty Original Post - I purchased an 24 month extended warranty for $4500 with my 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS with 36000 miles March 2018. After 3 months, the Original Post - I purchased an 24 month extended warranty for $4500 with my 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS with 36000 miles March 2018. After 3 months, the car developed an issue with the transfer case, resulting in a $5000 repair. The Warranty Co took over two weeks but finally settled my claim. Three months later the front end started roaring, my mechanic said it could be a bearing in the front dif or poor tires. He removed the tires and replaced them with a set of winter tires and rims from his wife’s Cayenne, so the warranty inspector could better reach a conclusion to the problem. Again, after two weeks without my car and countless follow up calls, I was told my policy was cancel due to having the wrong size tires on my car. I provided both Ultimo and the Warranty Co numerous photos showing the proper wheels and tires, but my policy was still canceled. Asked Ultimo for another warranty option and they said there was nothing they could do. I had to purchase a new set of tires, I have no warranty, and have yet to see a refund for my remaining warranty. Ultimo has Poor customer service and sold me a scam warranty Update - Turns out the roaring was due to the tires and $1500 in new Michelins corrected the problem. In the meantime, Ultimo offered to pay 75% of the purchase price of my car (after 6 months and 6,000 miles) to be applied towards as trade towards another vehicle. Three weeks later and the only "comparable" cars they offered are several years newer and $20K more expensive. I also have yet to see confirmation of a refund for the remaining balance of my warranty, almost $3,200. I decided to keep my Cayenne and purchase a warranty from Endurance. The Endurance Warranty was $300 less than the one sold by Ultimo and offered a year more of coverage and 10,000 miles. Won't be buying my next car or extended warranty from Ultimo. More
