As he stated Porsche buyers don't need the car they want it so given that perspective their approach was less sales but more offering information on the product they had for sale. I appreciate the no haggle approach and practical suggestions for future maintenance and ways to take care of the car. Al held the car for us so that we could see it without having the car bought out from under us before our appointment. Few dealers will do that and we had another car sold while we were in transit to the dealer for an appointment. Great buying experience. Will definitely go back in the future although its hard to envision that I want to get rid of this car anytime soon. More

Great Experience! I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I wa I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again. More

Kowalczyk replied with turbo in the subject line, but ignored my question and wrote that it's still available. I took a better look at the pictures and it is not a turbo. The first time I drove 1.5 hours to their dealership, they closed early. In his second email he called it an error. I checked last night and today. They've failed to correct the "error' and still falsely advertise it as a turbo. More
