CAUTION! INFORMATION IS INACCURATE IN THE REVIEW. SEE EMAIL BELOW To: Steve Hall <********@earthlink.net> From: Dan Ahmed Date: Mar 3 Hi Steve Thanks for the update. Here are the answer to your questions: 1. Shipper will be assigned once payment is received. All carriers we use, have $1,000,000 cargo insurance policy, so your vehicle will be covered under that in transit. Once it is picked up we will email you the shippers information and you can coordinate delivery with them. Delivery is to your doorstep unless you live in a national park or way off main routes. The shipper gives us a bill of lading at pickup and marks any damage on it and will give you a bill of lading copy on delivery (should be same as what we have). We offered to ship the vehicle to you for $500 (as advised your actual shipping was $1000 to Idaho but as a discount, we offered to split that cost with you). We provide $500 shipping assistance or $500 discount to local buyers instead of shipping. 2. Owners manuals are in the glove box. The PDC sensors do work, we just checked them again for you. The vehicle comes with only 1 key. 3. We never guarantee any paintwork or repairs on any vehicle including this Pacifica. This Pacifica has not been checked for paintwork by our dealership. As our AS IS Rider states the vehicle has paintwork, structural, frame, tie down or unibody damage. We will never negate our forms provided to you. 4. Ultimate Motorsport does not warranty or give a warranty on a vehicle. However, vehicles may have manufacturer warranty active. The best way to check that is to call Chrysler at 800-247-9753 and give them VIN 2C4RC1BG8HR809763. They can tell you exactly when the warranty expires on the date. We use Carfax to estimate warranty expiration which shows 28 months or 18k miles for basic warranty but you should call the 800 number above to know the exact date. 5. The conversation we had was if you give us a deposit and you get an inspection done, and there is something wrong with the vehicle that warranty does not cover we would refund your deposit. I offered to not take a deposit and send the car to Chrysler Dealer (report was sent to you) so we don't have to deal with any refund issues. We only sent you the form after we got the report from the Chrysler dealer and sent it to you for review and you approved of buying the vehicle. You requested a bill of sale and we sent that to you. We do offer a money back buyback guarantee for flood damage. If you get the vehicle and in 30 days a Chrysler dealer gives you in writing that the vehicle has flood damage we will buy the vehicle back for full price excluding shipping.
