I flew to Texas with my dad to take a look at the vehicle. At first I wasn’t impressed with the location. The building was not impressive, but the cars were immaculate! I was so impressed with selection of vehicles available. When I pulled into the parking lot the Armada was parked right next to the front door and it was spotless. We took the vehicle for a test drive and did a quick check up. The vehicle was as described and there weren’t any surprises. We completed the paperwork and were on our way home (several hour drive). What a great experience! More

Great Experience. My wife and I’s experience started with a simple phone call inquiring about a 2012 Volvo XC60 . I received a call back almost immediately from Troy Co My wife and I’s experience started with a simple phone call inquiring about a 2012 Volvo XC60 . I received a call back almost immediately from Troy Coffman there at Ultimate Motorsports. I explained to him that in the past few days I’ve had horrible experiences with liars and crooks and don’t want to deal with them again. I asked Troy about the vehicle in question. Few simple things I wanted to know before wasting our time driving over to look at a lie. Troy went and looked over the vehicle and answered my questions all while on the phone with him. The next morning my wife and I drove out to the dealer and met with Troy, and the car was out front waiting for us. The Volvo looked just as good as it did in person as it did in photos. Some minor flaws in and out consistent with a 6 year old vehicle. Minor scratches and scuffs but nothing that would be a deal breaker. We then test drove it and my wife didn’t feel comfortable driving it due to the steering being stiff and I heard a howling noise as we drove it. Long story short we got back and my wife explained her concerns to Troy and we were going to pass on it. Troy had the master tech there onsite look at the vehicle and it was found that a wheel bearing up front was worn and needed to be replaced. ( This is what was causing the noise I heard and the steering to be stiff.) My wife really liked the car but we were not gonna just settle. Troy said well what if we fixed this problem, buffed out the minor scratches and replaced the worn front emblem decal at no extra cost to us. We agreed and they ordered the part, the emblem decal and buffed the scratches out. All this was done and with a warranty we purchased through them the drive out was right under our budget. Bottom line here is that Troy and Cheryl who is the store manager were all very professional and extremely nice. They made this buying experience very painless without being pushy like some salesman. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice vehicle at a great price, and sales staff that care about their customers. Two 👍🏼👍🏼 ups. More
