I came from Austin because this dealership, as well as a few others, had extremely competitive prices. If you are in the market for a good deal on a slightly used Tesla this is the place to go. This was the only dealership who knew about the IRS rebate. Jovan not only worked with me in helping me find the model I was looking for but he made sure the car I was looking to get into qualified for the IRS EV rebate, which I was able to use towards the down payment. He was extremely knowledgeable on Teslas, which I cannot say the same for the other dealerships I had visited before them. The whole experience was a night and day difference from what one would expect when purchasing a car. Straightforward and a stress free experience from start to finish. I can't personally speak on purchasing an ICE vehicle but if I had family or friends that were looking to get into a Tesla I would 100% recommend them this dealership. More

After seeing an online advertisement for a Sprinter Van I was told that the ad was a stock photo. They charged a $500 deposit to hold without disclosing it was non-refundable. Once I saw the Carfax Report it was told that the ad was a stock photo. They charged a $500 deposit to hold without disclosing it was non-refundable. Once I saw the Carfax Report it revealed the vehicle had structural damage and had been in several accidents. They would not disclose what happened and have yet to refund my deposit. I was not willing to finalize an out of state purchase without full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle and now am having to fight to get my deposit back. They were dishonest from the start. Highly recommend avoiding this place. UPDATE: Instead of making this right they just bribed me with an email saying if I would remove my reviews they would give me part of the money back they stole from me. More

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from the team at UM in Houston. The sales person that contacted me was named James. I let him know the vehicle they had that I was interested in buying, provided at UM in Houston. The sales person that contacted me was named James. James said I was required to do my financing through them, even though my pre-approval was one of their approved banks. I asked to have a finance manager call me. He wouldn’t call me and kept sending me links to the bank to get preapproved. I was already pre approved with that bank, I sent them the documents! Not hi intelligence people. Lost an easy sale from a qualified customer due to being too lazy or not smart enough to close the dea.. More
