Stay away!!!! Purchased a car in February and so far since then I have spent over $6000 in repairs!!!! Repairs were basic issues they failed to mention. New cooling system, brand new brakes, oil change, since then I have spent over $6000 in repairs!!!! Repairs were basic issues they failed to mention. New cooling system, brand new brakes, oil change, new auxiliary battery, and new rear tires. They didn’t even provide a key for the lug nuts on my wheels!!! And I had a flat tire!!!! Guess who couldn’t even change their tire because a certain dealership failed to provide the correct equipment with the vehicle? Never have I purchased a vehicle where the dealer didn’t handle the tags and vehicle registration. Tags and registration fees were included in the price. Their excuse was different banks handle the registration and plates. They didn’t realize that Capitol One is the bank that financed my previous Vehicle. Got my plates and registration in less than two weeks! In the SAME STATE!!!!! Here we are in August and my vehicle still hasn’t been registered. All of these things are basics that a dealer should be certain about before selling a vehicle that they KNOW is unsafe for customer to drive. Don’t stay away just because of their untruthful reputation, stay away because for a quick dollar, they are willing to put your life in Danger!!! 11/20/20 1:07 PM Update on the vehicle. Oil cooling line broke, all oil leaked out of the vehicle, the car cut off. Next day, towed it to the mechanic, I get a call, the engine has seized. RIP to to the engine. Praying to God my insurance helps me. Really future customers stay away. I only had this car for 9 months. Put a lot of money into it just to keep it going just for it to to not work at all. I will be looking at some legal options as this just can’t be right. I completely understand the responsibilities of maintaining a vehicle when it’s used. But for it to completely not work at all, not to mention almost caught on fire, this possibly can’t be safe business practices More
