I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from the team at UM in Houston. The sales person that contacted me was named James. I let him know the vehicle they had that I was interested in buying, provided at UM in Houston. The sales person that contacted me was named James. James said I was required to do my financing through them, even though my pre-approval was one of their approved banks. I asked to have a finance manager call me. He wouldn’t call me and kept sending me links to the bank to get preapproved. I was already pre approved with that bank, I sent them the documents! Not hi intelligence people. Lost an easy sale from a qualified customer due to being too lazy or not smart enough to close the dea.. More

I saw a Tesla Model 3 on Edmunds and it showed a Great Deal. I’m located in Missouri so it was a bit far for me to go to the dealership.. not a problem for Ultimate Motorsports. That’s the best car purchase I have ever had. Every dealership purchase should be this easy. I purchased a Cadillac the same way before but Ultimate Motorsports was a much better experience than my first one. More
