I’m changing my review after my experience with Ultimate MS. Initially my experience was great, but now I believe it was all an act to make a sale. It’s been 3 weeks and I still do not have the stickers to MS. Initially my experience was great, but now I believe it was all an act to make a sale. It’s been 3 weeks and I still do not have the stickers to my vehicle. I also purchased the warranty they offered but decided to get a refund on it, which I was told by my sales person I couldn’t do (even though it states I can in the contract). It’s been 3 weeks and all I’ve gotten was lip service and empty promises but no refund. Make sure you do your research on this place before buying. There is some truth to the low ratings given to this place. Also I’m fairly certain they switched the brake pads before I took my vehicle home, because i do not remember the front 2 pads being so rusted . That and the fact we found a box of brake pads on the drivers side before the sales woman pulled them out quickly and said they were for another vehicle. Suspicious? More
