Rodrick King helped me purchase a Jaguar where the process went smoothly. As I was getting ready to leave I came across issues that the dealership assured me they would take care of (rear view camera process went smoothly. As I was getting ready to leave I came across issues that the dealership assured me they would take care of (rear view camera needed a sensor and the Hood ornament was missing). When the time came for them to contact me they never did. I had to reach out to them. Rodrick said he would call me back with a lead time on the “ordered parts”, that never happened. Everything was fine up until the point where I needed them for help. As a man if you say you’re going to do something then do it, not string someone along thinking you’re a man of your word. Don’t recommend purchasing from them in the long term. More
