cheated out of full refund and lied to. I bought a Dodge Dakota on Auto trader by the dealer Ultimate motor cars the truck was susspossed to be in excellent shape with no rust so I paid for I bought a Dodge Dakota on Auto trader by the dealer Ultimate motor cars the truck was susspossed to be in excellent shape with no rust so I paid for it and flew to get my truck when I inspected the truck I found big rust threw holes in all of the wheel wells he did'nt understand why I was upset I told him I wanted my money back they said they were going to charge me $500 off the refund so it cost me 900 dollare in plane tickets plus the $500 off the total that $1400 They cheated me Please don't buy from this dealership? More

Professional, Courteous and Honest Car Dealer I had called Ultimate Motor Cars two times prior to driving 50 miles to Downers Grove from Antioch (100 miles round trip), to make sure the 2013 Subar I had called Ultimate Motor Cars two times prior to driving 50 miles to Downers Grove from Antioch (100 miles round trip), to make sure the 2013 Subaru Crosstrek I was interested was still available. I was told by Dominick that it was available and he would have it ready at the front of his dealership. We got there and sure enough, the car was in front, washed and ready to test drive. The car was the perfect fit for our needs AWD (all-wheel drive) and budget. The test drive was great and the paperwork went just as easy. Left the dealership with the car same day.
