I purchased it from Josh, and went through a nightmare with a runaround with the shipping being told it was shipped on multiple different days when it was not and have an audio from the salesman stating the dealership is not responding to multiple customers and they were pretty much telling him to lie to me. Dec 2, the Jeep finally arrived and I text the sales manager, Robert, that the driver said it was $600 and he told me $350. He didn't respond, so I called him at the dealership and let him know that and I proceeded to tell him all that was wrong with the Jeep as soon as they drove it off the trailer. The tire pressure sensor lights were showing tires were low, the oil had not been changed in over 9,000 miles, it smelled hot, the oil was saying it was at only 13% and it was leaking all over the ground, driver could not get it out of 4 low and the stability control light kept coming on saying to have it serviced and only one key fob worked, etc. I told him they could take the vehicle back and he refused. I later sent him another text stating all that was wrong again and the hassel and lies about getting it here and being afraid to drive it not knowing what is wrong with it. I never heard anything back. I was able to get the Jeep in and found it has a significant oil leak, and 8/9 out of 10, and was told to try not to drive it because the oil filter housing unit needed to be replaced. They said to get a hold of the dealership to give them their number to contact them right away because they should be responsible for it, especially with just getting it and that issue could not have been "not noticed" especially with what they said they did. I sent the sales manager a text explaining it all and to get a hold of them. I told him if he needs anything from me to text me because I will not take a call from him as I want proof of everything they say. He never respinded. After numerous attempts to get a hold of him, he never did respond. I had to pay almost $1300. I have turned the dealership into a few different agencies and the owner, Vince, finally responded to me on Jan 30. He said he can't afford these bad reviews and the salesman, Josh, was let go and no longer with them. He said he would reimburse me for the oil filter housing unit repair and to bring it in to have the knocking noise, rough idling, module not working correctly, stability control and abs lights going on, etc. and if it's not too much he would pay for the repairs, otherwise he would take it back and reimburse me everything. I brought it in and it needs a new module and it has a misfire and it looks like the roller rockers are eating away at the cam. I gave him all the information only to have him tell me to bring the Jeep back to him with the title and now won't respond to me. This is over a 12 hour round trip drive, I paid to have it brought to me due to health issues, it's blowing max A/C cold air randomly in the middle of winter (module keeps glitching so I have no control of the temps, radio, maps, anything) it's idling and running rough, they sold and brought me an unsafe defective vehicle, I was told to drive it as little as possible and I'm afraid to drive it anyway with all the issues. Hhe knows all of this, but now he has decided I have to bring it back to him to get my money back. This dealership has done nothing but misrepresent and mislead in the most unethical ways. I now have a vehicle that they sold me with undisclosed significant issues that is going to cost up to $10,000 to repair. I have all texts, videos and audio to prove everything this dealership has done. I am beyond sick about this. Why would I, or anyone, purchase a vehicle with any problems let alone almost $10,000?? More

They sold me a car that was supposedly in perfect working order. A few days later, the engine broke down. The repair costs amounted to over $4,000.
