Misrepresented the transmission of a car; indicated it was a manual in the description, and even maintained it was a manual when I asked them why it appeared to have an automatic gear shift in the picture was a manual in the description, and even maintained it was a manual when I asked them why it appeared to have an automatic gear shift in the pictures, telling me "you can shift it like a manual." I was going to travel from Boston to Chicago for a manual M6. More
Great Customer Service and Nicest Vehicles Around! I can’t speak enough about how much of an amazing experience we had here. Dominic was so helpful and really made the car buying experience extremely smooth. From the moment we walked in he was attentive, patient and listened to what we told him we wanted in a car. Dominic was extremely informative and he really tried his best to get us the best financing options. Overall, I would absolutely recommend you to purchase a vehicle from Ultimate Motor Cars. More

Absolutely Horrible Dealership! Purchased a VW this summer....not even 5 months old and have put over $5000 into repairs. No resolution offer by the "Manager" except to say he has a guy who can help wi summer....not even 5 months old and have put over $5000 into repairs. No resolution offer by the "Manager" except to say he has a guy who can help with my repairs! The car is driven 2 miles a day back & forth to school! NO WAY this all happened to the vehicle in this short of time! Took it to a Certified VW Dealership and they were appalled that it was sold to me in this condition! Way to take advantage of a woman customer! Good job guys!!! More
Dominic did not disclose the true condition of the vehicle after being asked if there were any issues. He said there were none and the car was in excellent shape. I bought the car out of state and had vehicle after being asked if there were any issues. He said there were none and the car was in excellent shape. I bought the car out of state and had it shipped then checked by my local dealership. They found over $5,000 worth of issues including, but not limited to, a failed battery, blown fuses, multiple oil leaks from the engine, a leaking transfer case, and water damage that had destroyed a wiring harness critical for proper engine functioning. After emailing all the pictures, mechanic provided video evidence, repair estimates, and asking for a resolution, Dominic’s answer basically downplayed all these major issues and told me they weren’t going to do anything to make it right. This dealer is unethical, immoral, and untrustworthy. They operate without integrity and will lie about their cars and stick you with the repair bills. They are everything that is wrong with used car dealerships today and should be avoided like the plague. Don’t waste your money here as it is gamble that you will lose. What a joke this place is. Dominic, you profess yourself to be a man of integrity. Survey says you are a liar and a fraud. Now, I’m off to contact the State Attorney General’s Office and the BBB. More
I'll share my experiences with inquiring about a used vehicle, both the good and the bad. I'll start with the good. Communication was pretty good before coming in but with some delay, and the few s vehicle, both the good and the bad. I'll start with the good. Communication was pretty good before coming in but with some delay, and the few salesmen I spoke with were polite and not pushy. The price was fair and not inflated like a lot of other dealers. Now for the bad. The first person I talked to was, I believe, a mechanic. After parking at the dealer I walked passed the shop, stuck my head in and asked if there was someone around I could talk to about a car for sale. The gentleman in there darn near took my head off, didn't want me anywhere near the shop, and directed me to the sales building. Perhaps he had a bad day, but it wasn't a good first impression. Especially from the shop that "reconditioned" the vehicle before sale, may need to help a potential customer with inspection, or help with follow up service after a sale. Not good. Finally the car. First, it only had one key. The salesman told me he knew a guy who could get one later for inexpensive - then why not already have it done before sale? In this day and age a spare key is a standard thing for any vehicle! That being said, it looked clean and sharp as I walked up to it. It started, ran, and drove respectably well, which is impressive considering the following things I found wrong with it after several trips around the car giving it a visual and other inspections. The rear bumper didn't line up with the frame/body, there was a large gap along the top where it likely took damage and was not fixed completely, or at all. There was also multiple plastic pieces of trim underneath at the rear missing, again from likely damage. Then I came around to the front. The steering rack appeared to have the beginning of leaks at the boots by the inner tie rods, and the power steering fluid reservoir was empty. There must have been just enough fluid down in the system to keep it from howling, because somehow it didn't make noise on the test drive. Finally the engine oil - it was low and dark as tar, and the oil filter looked like it hadn't been touched in ages. With this much blatantly wrong with a car "ready to go", it wasn't even worth asking if they'd fix all this before sale because it should have been addressed before that point. I would worry what other issues they glossed over. For a car that was listed and ready for sale, it appeared that whatever money they had in reconditioning was spent on wax, Armor-All spray and tire shine. It's unfortunate it was put out with such disregard for actually inspecting and reconditioning the car, because had it been found in order I likely would have bought the car with little to no haggling on the price for cash. I called several times about a 2008 Nissan Altima. I asked about exterior condition as well as mechanical. I was told that their shop went thru the car and the only thing it needed was the exhaust repa asked about exterior condition as well as mechanical. I was told that their shop went thru the car and the only thing it needed was the exhaust repaired. I live about 4 hours away, but routinely fly thru Chicago. Last week I took an Uber from Ohare to their shop. ($45 bucks). Union arrival I met with Danny. He gave me the keys and told me to take it for a spin. Due to many reviews about this dealer, I made an appt to take it to the Nissan dealer to have a prebuy inspection done. There are lots of dealers within 1 mile of their location. I spent $155 on the inspection to learn that the shocks and struts were bad. There was a ticking noise that was a timing issue, and several other items. The dealer had their cost to repair at almost $3000. (Yes it's a dealer at dealer rates, but still a lot wrong with the car). I drove the car back to Ultimate Motor Cars. Danny asked what the dealer said. I gave him the keys and said I was no longer interested. I took and Uber and left. This dealer is a father, son, and 1 or 2 other people from what I could tell. They have a service shop, and if the service shop checked out this car and missed all of the issues, I would never recommend them! Overall, if u see a car here...spend the money to have it checked out. I would not recommend this dealer More
