With each vehicle Steve took the time to show us the different options and listened to our likes and dislikes and came up with the best choice for us. Doug Williams was so open and friendly and the surroundings were positive, this was a plus because when buying a car its takes time and Doug made it fun and exciting (no high pressure sales pitches). He showed me 4 vehicles the first time I visited then let me go home to consider my choices without any of the scary hype like “if you don’t buy now the car you want might be gone when you come back”. Came back the next day to drive the Buick Encore and fell in love with it! Again, no pressure from Doug, I could have left again to “think about it” and he would have wished me luck on my search. I’m laughing now cause that’s what I did, because I went home to do some research online for pricing! After checking several web sites for the fair market value I called Doug to hear his first offer. I countered with a very low number and his next offer was exactly what I sincerely considered to be the fair value of the car! SOLD! Doug was so helpful and he did an excellent job of going over the features of the car after my purchase and because I’m not tech savvy he made it very clear that I can stop by any time and he will show me how to work any of the cool gadgets in my new Buick Encore. My wife and I arrived at this dealership having never done business with them before. As we headed toward the new car lot to look over what they had in stock we were met by Doug Williams who introduced done business with them before. We began walking along a line of GMC Terrain's with Doug explaining the equipment on the various vehicles and making it a point to show us 3 vehicles that were new but were 2013 models. Doug was neither pushy nor insistent that we "try" a vehicle, just answering our questions about various options and showing us how some of them worked. Because of his politeness and honesty we did buy a 2013 new GMC Terrain. When we took delivery of the vehicle the following day he again went over the operation of all the various options on the vehicle and impressed upon us that he would always be available to assist us with anything we failed to understand.
