It was the first time I'd met him, and his knowledge and extra effort to get me the perfect new vehicle made the experience a joy. I love my Jeep! I take it to the service dept twice a year for servicing, and the service dept is awesome. When a family member needed to sell her Ford Edge I immediately went to Alan; he and Donnie and Debbie made the experience quick with no hassles, and my family member was thrilled with the sale. When the squirrels chewed into my wiring and my jeep wouldn't run properly, I contacted Alan on a Sunday morning...within an hour I had a loaner vehicle and a tow truck at my home. The service dept did a great job getting me good as new and back on the road. AMAZING PEOPLE!! My husband searched for over two months for the EXACT used car he wanted but he could not find one in CA even though before retirement, he had managed My husband searched for over two months for the EXACT used car he wanted but he could not find one in CA even though before retirement, he had managed and owned Dealerships for over 50 years in So Cal..... CRAZY!! He finally found a car at this Dealership in Mountain Home AR and Salesman Alan Sollis arranged to hold the car until we could get there. My husband was also able by phone to have the Zurich Shield put on the car. LOVE IT!!! That just meant a "Road Trip" which we LOVE!! We rented a car and drove to Arkansas and Alan was kind enough to pick us up (almost an hour away) at the rental car return in Harrison. We were SO IMPRESSED with the Dealership, the Salesman Alan Sollis, and the F&I Manager Debbie Rainwater who would be my best friend if I lived closer!! What an INCREDIBLE TEAM!!
