Excellent service and convenient shuttle service. Denise has been my service advisor for decades. Unfortunately, when she retires I will no longer be bring my vehicles to Uftring. You have the same labor rate as other area dealers, yet you charge Unfortunately, when she retires I will no longer be bring my vehicles to Uftring. You have the same labor rate as other area dealers, yet you charge a 2.6% fee for credit card use. I rarely carry cash anymore and never would I carry enough for major service or repairs. It is unacceptable to me to pay you more than any other local GM dealer. Your service department is highly profitable and adding a surcharge is greed. More
