I called and came in on Nov22 to discuss weak headlights on our 2015 Altima. The bulbs were ok...the detailing shop cleaned the headlight covers and washed the car...they also noticed crummy wipers and on our 2015 Altima. They charged us $680 for a repair said the van was running beautifully. I picked it up on Friday. The engine light almost immediately came back on. Had problems all weekend. It died on me Monday and I running beautifully. I picked it up on Friday. The engine light almost immediately came back on. Had problems all weekend. It died on me Monday and I had to have it towed back. They had the car for two weeks and said they couldn’t get it to duplicate the problem. I drove it for half an hour and it was already acting up. when I left, they told me if it started acting up to bring it back , but when I did they told me that it’s throwing a generic code, and if I want them to “tear back into it it could be hundreds of more dollars in diagnostics”. He said this knowing that that was going to upset me because I do not have hundreds of dollars to spend! More

The service department tried to tell me that I need a new brake pads on my rotors turned when they were really only had a five or six with factory printing still on them. I had my car doing some preventative brake pads on my rotors turned when they were really only had a five or six with factory printing still on them. I had my car doing some preventative maintenance so I guess they thought they make an extra $300 from an unsuspecting female. Poor business and I won’t be back. More

Team Support Curt took the time to support the Nissan Brand including appropriate introductions to show off the Uftring Team concept. Curt knew the product and showed how to use many of the various operating options. Like many electronic devises there are (3) or more operating ways to select functions. The issue is to find & to retain the new found option as I go forward into the next challenge. What I am learning practice will help and to learn at least two ways toward your desired operational goal will be helpful. I find the safest time to practice is when the truck is in "PARK". My new Titan is loaded whit may options to learn. I am well pleased with this new toy I just need to learn how to talk to it. Learning voice commands is life today. Concentration needs to become second nature --Safety first -- which is "set and going" before you pull into the fast lane. More
