Love of train Nissan. I have bought my last three Marano's from there. Dealt with manager Nick Brent ,worse experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Just a back story I live in Pekin and have to drive to Peoria which is more them 30 mins one way. Well I drove there and was had at a dealership. Just a back story I live in Pekin and have to drive to Peoria which is more them 30 mins one way. Well I drove there and was informed that my latch was broken which sucked but I was told that they needed to remove the panel to get to it but they have to order it so I have to come back this was the first visit out of 3. I don’t remember the sales advisor but he told me he would take off the 102$ for the latch which I was excited upon arriving again they didn’t have the latch which had already been there for me mind you still haven’t had an oil change and still don’t . This last time I went setup the oil change and latch replacement . Now this is where I’m very pissed off as well $340 in labor to fix the latch is xxxxxxxx , especially when I waited more then 2 hours on top of not even getting my oil change so I spent 2+ hours waiting with no communication from the manager nick meanwhile I watched him in the garage with my car just sitting there with no one working on it and he was to busy talking and joking around with his employees then to come and let me know the approximate time that was left while I had my 3 year old daughter the whole time . And then to pay almost 500$ for not even getting an oil change and I drove there 3 different times for the oil change and still don’t have one and now my car is showing malfunction on the screen if my cars engine blows I’m suing you guys FYI. Again I live in Pekin and to have to drive there and back is more then an hour x3 and yet still have no oil change . This is beyond ridiculous and I’m disappointed in the service I received. I could keep adding to this but I’m not going to be heard on anything. More
I had my oil changed and they forgot to reset the sensor. Every time I start my car it says I'm doll for an oil change. Every time I start my car it says I'm doll for an oil change. More
