When we stopped by Uftring Nissan, we were a expecting a pressure sale and we very pleasantly surprised that we were not pressured but our salesman made sure that he understood what we wanted from a van. Uftring found us a new van with the options that we wanted, worked with us to get us in the price range that we wanted and we love the Quest that we bought! We highly recommend to our friends and family to go to Ufrtring and check the Quest - great, roomy van with plenty of storage space and the Uftring dealership is a great, clean place to go - they are always friendly and seem to care that we got what we wanted and are always quick and fair with our service appointments too! I recently needed to go out of town unexpectedly. I was getting close to needing my oil changed, plus my car had been experiencing a moderate vibration in the steering wheel. I was concerned my tires were getting close to needing my oil changed, plus my car had been experiencing a moderate vibration in the steering wheel. I was concerned my tires were off balance. I called the Nissan service department to see if there was any way to squeeze me in that afternoon. The gentleman I spoke with, Nick, took my name and number and said he would check and call me back. I thought that was code for 'not a chance'. How pleasantly surprised I was when he called me right back and said they could service my car in an hour. I was absolutely delighted, especially considering the reason I was leaving town was for a funeral. I happened to mention this when I dropped my car off, and when my car was done I was again surprised to find out that they had checked my fluids and filters for free! I just want to thank Nick for his kindness and consideration. I left the dealership feeling as if I mattered. I would definately recommend the Uftring Nissan Service department. Thanks again! More
