Our family bought a used van from Uftring Nissan. We live out of state and spoke with Lettie Schmitt several times over the phone prior to visiting the dealership. Lettie was extremely helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. All of the staff that we interacted with on our visit were very professional and friendly. They honored the great deal that was made over the phone. It was the best buying experience I have had in all my years of buying vehicle, new or used. I would definitely recommend Uftring Nissan and hope to buy from them again. More

Lettie went out of her way to accommodate me during the time I was purchasing my new Versa. She helped me arrange to have some special features installed and led me through the financing process. I recently needed to go out of town unexpectedly. I was getting close to needing my oil changed, plus my car had been experiencing a moderate vibration in the steering wheel. I was concerned my tires were getting close to needing my oil changed, plus my car had been experiencing a moderate vibration in the steering wheel. I was concerned my tires were off balance. I called the Nissan service department to see if there was any way to squeeze me in that afternoon. The gentleman I spoke with, Nick, took my name and number and said he would check and call me back. I thought that was code for 'not a chance'. How pleasantly surprised I was when he called me right back and said they could service my car in an hour. I was absolutely delighted, especially considering the reason I was leaving town was for a funeral. I happened to mention this when I dropped my car off, and when my car was done I was again surprised to find out that they had checked my fluids and filters for free! I just want to thank Nick for his kindness and consideration. I left the dealership feeling as if I mattered. I would definately recommend the Uftring Nissan Service department. Thanks again! More
