Excellent Customer Service I have been to many dealerships before and even worked in a couple, both locally and internationally, but this was the most positive experience I have I have been to many dealerships before and even worked in a couple, both locally and internationally, but this was the most positive experience I have had in a dealership. The customer service is excellent including phone operators, receptionist, sales, business, and service. This is the third car I buy from here and I have always had a great experience working with Chris Rocke, he is professional, helpful, honest, and provides the best customer service. After test-driving the car and expressing interest in it, Chris found me a car in the same day, but I wanted my car to include additional packages. By the next day he found a car with all the packages I wanted, and arranged to bring it to Peoria. Few days later I was driving my perfect car. In addition to Chris, I communicated with Joe, and worked with AJ on finalizing the paperwork, and they all were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I certainly will and have been recommending this dealership. Thank you! More

Easy buying I worked with Kramer first by phone and then in person and he made buying my new Altima painless. I did not like the color that they had on the lot, s I worked with Kramer first by phone and then in person and he made buying my new Altima painless. I did not like the color that they had on the lot, so they found just what I was looking for. I brought my Altima back to have the sealent put on and I had a bad wiper blade and took care of everything and gave me a loaner for the day. I would recommend Kramer and uftring to my friends and family. More

Kedrick Studney greeted m The moment I walked into the dealership and saw the business like atmosphere on the floor, I knew I was in the right place. Kedrick Studney greeted me within 3 minutes of my arrival. He asked me if he could help me find a car, truck or SUV. I explained what I was looking for - a 2019 Nissan Maxima. I would say in less than 5 minutes Kedrick had the exact Maxima that I had described pulled into the guest parking area. Kedrick explained and demonstrated all the features the car offered and answered all my questions in a precise manner. What impressed me the most is his willingness to help me qualify for the discount offered by Uftring Nissan. Kedrick stopped by my house the next morning to pick up some military papers to complete the sales transaction. Thanks Kedrick for caring about the customer! More
