Great Experience! I wanted a used Nissan Altima, and I did a lot of research on the internet before we actually went shopping. I had a list of three cars at another de I wanted a used Nissan Altima, and I did a lot of research on the internet before we actually went shopping. I had a list of three cars at another dealer, and four at Uftring that I wanted to see. Uftring's asking prices weren't the lowest (other non-Nissan dealers has single Altima's for less, but not enough less to run all over Central Illinois chasing a "deal"). Uftring's prices were lower than this other dealer, though, and the selection at Uftring was worth the drive from Bloomington.. We stopped at the dealer in Bloomington first. They couldn't find any of the cars I was looking for, and every time I asked a question, they had to run inside to check the computer (seriously, get an IPAD or at least a cheat sheet). Turns out the cars weren't even on the lot yet. They called us that evening to say the cars were in, so we stopped by the next day, and it was another fiasco. We left, after two visits, without looking at any cars. When we got to Uftring, we were immediately greeted by Curt. He knew the cars I was looking for and where to find them. He showed us what we wanted to see, and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't want. He was extremely thorough in showing us the cars (he showed us stuff I'd probably never know, even after driving it for the next 5 years). We wound up buying a car that afternoon, and before we left, Curt walked us through all of the features on the car and how to use them, and even helped me connect my phone to bluetooth before we left. We were pre-approved for a loan from our bank, but we wound up getting financing through Uftring. The finance department was great, as well. They were efficient with the paperwork, and we didn't spend a ton of time waiting around, like we've done at other dealers. Rate and terms were competitive. All in all, an excellent car buying experience! More

Once I chose my vehicle he made things go so fast and smooth that the deal and financing were over before we knew it!!! We will definitely go back to Uftring for our next purchase!! More

Great Experience I recently purchased a vehicle at Uftring Nissan and I can honestly say that I had a great experience with the salesman Curt Gleichman. He did everything he could to make sure that I get the car that I came there to get. At one point it looked as though I might not be able to get the van, which I had a thought it might happen. Then Eddy Brown came in to offer a deal that would ensure I got the vehicle, yes I may have had to put a little more down but they did offer to take more off the price give me a little extra on my trade in, so how could I resist. Once I agreed to the terms of the deal, little time doing paperwork, and the car getting detailed I was on my way home to show my wife her new ride. I will also add she could not be happier with her new Sienna. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their team to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. The reason I say this is because they do whatever they can to make sure you too go home in the vehicle you want and can afford More

Between he and Matt Davis in the Service Department, the purchase went smooth and quick. This is never my favorite thing to do but this time is was very easy. I really enjoyed working with Scott and he helped me with all the new options that are available like Navigation. The service department is the reason I continue to buy Nissan's. I like someone to keep my car in good shape and help with any problems. I love my JUKE. More

I had been dealing with Lettie by phone for almost two weeks. She was always a pleasure to talk to, and very patient with all my questions regarding the 2007 Nissan 350Z we were intersted in purchasing. weeks. When we arrived in Peoria on Lettie's day off, she came in to help us with the final purchase. Alex was more than happy to assist us until Lettie arrived, and he was also extremely nice and informative about the vehicle. We also had pleasant dealings with the Service Manager, Mark, and Ryan, who were both willing to discuss the 350Z. And, of course, let's not forget Eddy, without whom we would not have been driving the red hot beauty home last Saturday! Thanks to everyone we came in contact with. I initially emailed the dealership inquiring about a new vehicle. I received a response back immediately asking they could help. I responded back and reiterated what I was looking for. I received a follow up email on Monday asking a few more questions to which I responded. I waited a couple of days with no response. I sent another email asking if they had received my previous email to which I received no response. I then called the next day and asked if they had received my email. They indicated they were waiting to hear back from me? So maybe an issue with email...fine. They indicated that they would put some numbers together for me and asked if texting was ok. I agreed and provided my phone number. I never heard back from them...After 3 days, I went to another dealer and ended up getting a vehicle from them. Very disappointed in the customer service. More
