I was so pleased and satisfied with their customer service. Matthew Sons (Matt) helped me from step 1 to last. He is awesome and professional. This is my first car, he helped me answer all my questions and helped me to have a easy and best buying experience. I live in Des Moines, IA but going to Peoria IL and working with Uftring Nissan to get my new car was definitely worth it. I recommend them to my friends too. Thanks Uftring Nissan. More

Our great experience began 15 minutes before the dealer closed on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. We'd just visited a couple of other dealers in the area, and had been virtually ignored as we walked around looking at cars. Not the case at Nissan... Scott approached us right away, and even offered for us to test drive. We didn't take him up on the offer because it was so close to closing time, but we did show up right after work the next business day, and we bought the car. - And, Justin was equally as friendly, informative and helpful through the financial paperwork process. - Everyone we came into contact with - even in passing - at the Uftring Nissan dealership conveys a positive culture where it seems that people are happy to work there, believe in the Nissan brand, and are happy to share it with others. - We had a 1997 Maxima, which sadly was totaled in 2008. We're happy to be back in the Nissan family, and working with Uftring. More

Internet Purchase After contacting Uftring about purchasing a Nissan Murano via Auto Trader, Brad and Lettie worked very hard and were an absolute joy to work with. They had the vehicle on the lot that I was looking for, the deal was basically complete and the vehicle got sold by another salesman. Brad was able to locate the same vehicle, obtained it, we made the deal and he had it on the lot and ready to go prior to my coming in. Lettie took me through the process, went through all of the features of the Murano and off I went. I have recommended Uftring to a couple of my friends who are looking for a vehicle right now and when I am ready to trade again, I will be back. More
