Our great experience began 15 minutes before the dealer closed on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. We'd just visited a couple of other dealers in the area, and had been virtually ignored as we walked around looking at cars. Not the case at Nissan... Scott approached us right away, and even offered for us to test drive. We didn't take him up on the offer because it was so close to closing time, but we did show up right after work the next business day, and we bought the car. - And, Justin was equally as friendly, informative and helpful through the financial paperwork process. - Everyone we came into contact with - even in passing - at the Uftring Nissan dealership conveys a positive culture where it seems that people are happy to work there, believe in the Nissan brand, and are happy to share it with others. - We had a 1997 Maxima, which sadly was totaled in 2008. We're happy to be back in the Nissan family, and working with Uftring. More

Recent purchase I've purchased three Nissan Altimas since 2005. I've always felt comfortable with Uftring Nissan's excellent sales, service, and customer care. I can attest to that even more after my latest experience. I had purchased a factory certified 2010 Altima. Throughout a year of driving i noticed a significant number of what appeared to be intermittent electrical warning issues. Knowing intermittent problems are sometimes difficult to solve I expressed my concerns to Chris Rocke. He was very understanding. He discussed my problem with Jim Swigert, the manager. We worked together and they presented me with a proposal that was more than fair. I left with my new Altima 2013 that day. More

They had the vehicle on the lot that I was looking for, the deal was basically complete and the vehicle got sold by another salesman. Brad was able to locate the same vehicle, obtained it, we made the deal and he had it on the lot and ready to go prior to my coming in. Lettie took me through the process, went through all of the features of the Murano and off I went. We loved our Maxima, but needed to trade it because we had put a number of miles on it. We contacted Scott Harris, the salesman who sold us the car. He was able to locate the exact model with the same interior and exterior color but brand new! Plus he offered us several rebates which made the deal too sweet to refuse! Dealing with Scott was so painless, and actually even my husband commented that he enjoyed this experience. We never had a problem with our first Maxima, and now we have a brand new one to drive. We love it! More

Bought another new Versa Wanted to lower my payments & it made more sense to purchase a new vehicle then to refinance my old versa for longer & to pay extra charges to do so.
