They had the vehicle on the lot that I was looking for, the deal was basically complete and the vehicle got sold by another salesman. Brad was able to locate the same vehicle, obtained it, we made the deal and he had it on the lot and ready to go prior to my coming in. Lettie took me through the process, went through all of the features of the Murano and off I went. Throughout a year of driving i noticed a significant number of what appeared to be intermittent electrical warning issues. Knowing intermittent problems are sometimes difficult to solve I expressed my concerns to Chris Rocke. He was very understanding. He discussed my problem with Jim Swigert, the manager. We worked together and they presented me with a proposal that was more than fair. I left with my new Altima 2013 that day. More

We loved our Maxima, but needed to trade it because we had put a number of miles on it. We contacted Scott Harris, the salesman who sold us the car. He was able to locate the exact model with the same interior and exterior color but brand new! Plus he offered us several rebates which made the deal too sweet to refuse! Dealing with Scott was so painless, and actually even my husband commented that he enjoyed this experience. We never had a problem with our first Maxima, and now we have a brand new one to drive. We love it! More
