This dealership EARNED my business! Read how.. I bought a nissan cube from finishline ford because my wife wanted a cube and they don't make them anymore. They SWORE it passed their rigorous testin I bought a nissan cube from finishline ford because my wife wanted a cube and they don't make them anymore. They SWORE it passed their rigorous testing. Ford claimed they just aligned it and put brand new tires on it as well as performing the 60000 mile service even though it only had 59400 miles on it. The first day I had it I noticed the brilliant ford mechanics put the wrong size tires on it... I took it back and made them put the right size on. The mechanic that had originally put on the wrong tires was confronted right in front of me by their service manager and he acted like it was my fault that HE made a mistake. They also installed a new battery and left the aircleaner laying under the hood uninstalled which I fixed myself. After that I realized how unprofessional they are there. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I wasn't convinced that they really had aligned it or balanced the tires. Anyway I took it to Uftring Nissan and never looked back. They are so good to their customers there. Uftring said I could use my extended warranty anywhere I chose to and they would be happy to look at my car for free. They discovered that the rear axle was bent and was still under factory warranty. They aligned it put a new rear axle under it a a few minor recall things and all they charged me for was balancing the tires which were out of balance. It was then that I decided the finishline ford mechs couldn't oil the chain on a bicycle without screwing it up. After the cube ran great for a year it started making a squeeky noise from the front left tire and being I still had plenty of warranty I took it back to the dealer. They called and told me it was the transmission and it was under warranty until 100,000. WOW was I happy!! While it was there the mechanic (who must be really good) noticed one of the rims was cracked. I was informed of the price and was also given the option to get aftermarket rims shipped there and installed for $70. They completed job very quickly and have never had a problem giving me a cool new Nissan to drive in the mean time. I can't thank these guys enough. I have always loved the longevity of import cars but I think I'll be buying several more Nissans over the next thirty years with the way they stand behind their products and treat their customers.(even new ones) I can't recomend them enough! Deal with these guys, you won't regret it. More

I did!!! I am truly disappointed and unimpressed in the Gary UFTRING company for many reasons concerning my recent ordeal including 3 DR and EMERGENCY ROOM medical visits due to the actions of his employees. I am insulted at this time to fathom that Uftring Nissan would treat any person, especially in such a STRESSFUL ATTACKING way that I have been treated and experienced physical medical conditions suffering from undue, undeserved, blantant stalking type behavior that I physically began to shut down. Especially with a customer who had chosen a car, liked the car, could pay for the car in cash, was also approved for a partial loan on a mere $6000 vehicle, and most importantly NEEDED A CAR. I didnt need, want, think or EVER DESERVE to be treated like this so badly it literally has affected my ability to function in every aspect of my ENTIRE LIFE from my jobs, my kids, my stress, inability to eat, breathe, and STRESS that sent me into anxiety attacks, instilled fear in me, physically hurt me, affected relationships with my KIDS and friends, placed me under medications medical bills prescriptions AND I still do not have a car a week later! This is no longer about the car I intended to buy from Ufrting Nissan on Allen Rd, Peoria IL or the salesman involved. This is the most unimaginable and farther thing I ever experienced from customer service, and being a valued customer in which I was going to purchase a vehicle and give this company my business and money. Its unfortunate that salesman get to do this to people and keep their jobs. Its also unfortunate that their upper management staff treats me like a moron thinking that knocking: $200 off the price of the car and suspending the salesman for a few days is "RECTIFYING THE INCIDENT" AND "MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER" More
Blown Away I came to the dealership to look at a Juke that I've always wanted and to see how I was going to make it work. Abe was an awesome guy. He took the time to take me on a test drive and was very patient while waiting for an answer. I never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I would be driving a brand new 2014 Nissan Juke off the lot. Justin did an excellent job explaining all the options and helped me pick which one was best for me. Lettie Schmitt is their Internet Manager, and has created the most user-friendly and informative dealer website that I have seen. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality are very evident while browsing and searching the website. I was able to find the exact car that I wanted, and then easily link to contact her to set up an appointment for us to come see the car and take a test drive. Upon arriving to the dealership, my wife & I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and intelligence of our salesman, Richard Swanson. We were greeted at the door with a friendly attitude and a willingness to serve. During the process of our purchase, there was no time wasted. We were given a tour of the dealership and offered every comfort that we could need. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the details of our new Nissan. He walked us through all of it's features and explained the science behind it. He also showed us the references so we could become thoroughly familiar with all of the electronic features that the car offers. When the time came to discuss the cost of the new car and the value for our trade-in, we were also impressed the the Uftring staff. Our salesman offered that we spend some time with our Finance Manager, Justin Costello. Justin did an outstanding job of explaining the details of our deal, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. I have never before experienced such personal dedication during a car buying experience. This was truly the best car buying experience that we have ever had! More

Buying my new (to me) 2013 Nissan Altima at Uftring was the most surprisingly pleasant experience ever. They listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to make it a hassle free process. Scott Harris was so helpful and I never felt pushed to get something different than what I wanted. Eddy Brown got me a lower finance rate after the fact, which he wouldn't have had to do. Both of them stayed long after hours with no hesitation. 6 months later I am so happy with my car, the follow-up and being a part of the Nissan family. More
