Senior Lady buys new car I had been looking for a new car with all the electronic safety devices. He listened to what I wanted in a car and understood the radical change for me to go from driving convertibles for 15 years to go to a 4 door car with a "want to be convertible" (moon roof) Yes! I bought a new 2015 Altima with all the accessories and love it. . A friend of mine that was in car sales said that" folks bought cars from him". That he didn't sell cars. I bought my Altima from Tim he didn't sell it to me. My choice to buy. Not only were they super friendly but they answered every question and allowed us to test drive many vehicles. While many dealerships have a feel of busyness and open cubicles that feel sterile and too business-like, we always felt important and were treated like family. We were never pressured and found it easy to discuss price. We were always treated with respect. After the sale was finalized, we were given a tour of the facility and service department, features and options were further explained on our new vehicle, and even later our salesman kept in contact with us. Our experience centered around Elton Herrick. Without a doubt he is the most honest salesman we have ever met. Elton helped us find the car that best fit our needs. He even compared available options and prices of vehicles with those of other dealerships and never said anything negative about the competition. We love our 2015 Nissan Rouge. When I picked up the Murano, I was shown how to enter the service dept. and he introduced me to service tech manager.
