The vehicle-buying experience is always a little stressful, but I must say that the people with whom we dealt at Uftring did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. The negotiation process was mutually respectful and fairly quickly handled by Tim and Joe. We had many questions for finance person, Justin who was able to assure that we knew the exact nature of the finance agreement. Tim gave us a tour of the dealership and explained the "service" procedures. After the purchase, Tim called on several occasions to make sure everything was OK. We had an option added to the truck by the Uftring service department and found them to be polite and efficient. Overall, the experience was a very good one and we are very happy with the Frontier.
