Great Customer service at Uftring Nissan.Love my 2019 Rogue! I bought my first Rogue from Tim in 2012 and when it was time to buy anew one I looked for Tim. He is very helpful and really knows the Nissan produc I bought my first Rogue from Tim in 2012 and when it was time to buy anew one I looked for Tim. He is very helpful and really knows the Nissan product line. At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Rogue or a Murano. Tim let me test drive both and was able to easily answer all of my questions without bias. He explained all of the features and showed me how they all worked. This helped me to make a decision between the two models. Nissan has really made huge improvements in the Rogue model since 2012! Tim and dealership General Manager, Joe Phillips were able to give me a fair price for my trade in and the whole purchase process went smoothly. I bought the maintenance package and extended warranty with my 2019 Rogue because my previous experience with the service department was excellent as well. On the day that I picked up my new Rogue, Tim helped me set up the Bluetooth and again took extra time to show me how the features worked. I brought the car to the Dealer service to analyze that, and I was confirmed that it was not aligned and balanced, but I have to pay for the service because it is not covered to the warranty, but the noise after inspection and tightening it became worst So it was not something that I would expect to be bought at the Dealer. I have always found them to be a up front company, they deal fairly with the customer and are willing to negotiate on the sales deal. Their sales team is excellent, while have dealt exclusively with Curt Gleichman the rest of the sales team has always been quick to answer questions as well. Their service team is knowledgeable, the work area is clean and organized and have never had to do a repeat service for the same problem. More
