I was told that the seats were leather--they are not--they are a hybrid of leather. The trade-in experience was a nightmare! As soon as I pulled off the lot, lights and bells started going off and the display was saying "malfunction." I turned around and went back to the dealership. All lights were off, doors were locked, and everyone was gone. I didn't even own the car for 15 minutes before things started going wrong. It was a high pressure sale and they were able to catch me and reel me in!! More
This was the first time I went to purchase a new vehicle at a dealership where I left not feeling dirty. Mr Darnell Reed was awesome. I told Mr Reed that type and model I was looking for. He did research on his own to get familiar with the model and was able to show me multiple things I was unaware of. He didn't pressure me into going outside of my financial comfort zone. He was up front and completely honest. A welcome change in car buying! After the sale Mr Reed walked me around the service department to show me and introduce me to the service folks. Ufting Nissan and Mr Darnell Reed would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a new car or truck. We will definitely make this our first stop the next time we are ready to look again. More

I called and came in on Nov22 to discuss weak headlights on our 2015 Altima. The bulbs were ok...the detailing shop cleaned the headlight covers and washed the car...they also noticed crummy wipers and on our 2015 Altima. They charged us $680 for a repair said the van was running beautifully. I picked it up on Friday. The engine light almost immediately came back on. Had problems all weekend. It died on me Monday and I had to have it towed back. They had the car for two weeks and said they couldn’t get it to duplicate the problem. I drove it for half an hour and it was already acting up. when I left, they told me if it started acting up to bring it back , but when I did they told me that it’s throwing a generic code, and if I want them to “tear back into it it could be hundreds of more dollars in diagnostics”. He said this knowing that that was going to upset me because I do not have hundreds of dollars to spend! More
I actually enjoyed working with the sales staff which is not always the case when buying a car. They are young yet extremely professional and polished (in a good way). Find a different dealership. I drove from Kansas City to be sold a 2019 Genesis G70 that wouldn't pass inspection because all Brembo brake pads and rotors were shot. Also, the I drove from Kansas City to be sold a 2019 Genesis G70 that wouldn't pass inspection because all Brembo brake pads and rotors were shot. Also, the rear tires were nearly bald. With Brembo brakes being super expensive, and having to replace all 4 tires on an all-wheel drive--$3300 I had to spend for it to pass. And this was after I was told they put all their vehicles through a rigorous inspection process before they are resold and put back on the road. Seems to me this dealership practices deceptive dealings, and shouldn't be trusted with anything they say. Take your business elsewhere. More
