My daughter took my Jeep in twice for metal piece that won’t stay on and put head light in and now bright lights won’t work. Took it in again can’t find the problem. Metal piece by drivers door coming off won’t stay on and put head light in and now bright lights won’t work. Took it in again can’t find the problem. Metal piece by drivers door coming off again. Will just someone if it flys off while driving. And really need bright lights, but have no idea what’s wrong or how to fix it! Very dissatisfied!!!! More

I would greatly experience as very poor. I scheduled an appointment with the dealership because I had a recall on my jeep and it had to be serviced at a jeep dealership. So while I was havin I scheduled an appointment with the dealership because I had a recall on my jeep and it had to be serviced at a jeep dealership. So while I was having the recall done, I scheduled an oil change as well. They quoted at most three hours for the work to be done. I dropped the vehicle off the night before for an 8:00 AM appointment. at 11:30 I had not heard from them so I called them. The technician was with another customer and the person answering the phone said they would get him the message to give me a call on the status of my vehicle. After an hour and a half of not hearing from him, I called again. The first person I spoke to was not surprised that this technician had not called me. However, told me that the vehicle was done. Picked up the vehicle paid the bill. After returning home, I reviewed the paperwork and it stated that a complementary car wash was performed. My vehicle had not had a car wash done. do not something that was not done. It makes you wonder what else wasn’t done correctly. Very poor customer service. More
