Really great experience working with Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I went in just wanting to do a test drive to see if I even liked the Dodge Ram 1500 they had on sale, as I had never driven one befo Dodge Jeep Ram. I went in just wanting to do a test drive to see if I even liked the Dodge Ram 1500 they had on sale, as I had never driven one before. Braden greeted me right away and got the vehicle ready. Test drive went well and I really liked it. The truck had so many features and was marked down to a great sales price. The team listened to what I had to say, and worked hard to get me what I wanted in the deal. Braden did a fantastic job! The manager, Ivan Waters, helped with getting me a super deal! Nick Gorham worked on my financing, and my numbers really worked for me. I can't say enough great things about the team at Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Highly recommend them! I know I will work with them again if getting a new vehicle. Thank you! More

Excellent service! They thought that there was an issue! But upon further investigation there wasn’t! And if there was an issue it would not have cost me a dime as the They thought that there was an issue! But upon further investigation there wasn’t! And if there was an issue it would not have cost me a dime as the part was under warranty! I needed a little good news! This is the very reason that I take my Jeep to the dealership for any concerns or issues. They still have actual customer service skills! Never had an issue with it might be this or it might be that! What the cost will be is what it will be to the nickel. I simply would never trust another dealership.. from the service team to the sales team! I have never been pressured to buy a new Jeep .. I want one! For sure! But they are respectful of my financial situation.. I have actually had several conversations with Ian Lott, I believe he is the manager of the dealership and we have never had a conversation that I felt like he cared about selling me a new Jeep! But rest assured, when I am ready I will buy my next Jeep from Uftring! Being treated like the most important customer of the day is important! Being welcomed is important! Trust is important! Thank you for being certain that i am as safe as I can be in my Jeep Grand Cherokee regardless of what year it is! More

My daughter took my Jeep in twice for metal piece that won’t stay on and put head light in and now bright lights won’t work. Took it in again can’t find the problem. Metal piece by drivers door coming off won’t stay on and put head light in and now bright lights won’t work. Took it in again can’t find the problem. Metal piece by drivers door coming off again. Will just someone if it flys off while driving. And really need bright lights, but have no idea what’s wrong or how to fix it! Very dissatisfied!!!! More
