Ryan Blake answered all of my questions through email and when we visited it was a very calm buying experience. They gave us a fair deal on our Durango and a fair deal on our trade in. They also fixed a few paint issues and now you can't tell they were there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I had previously purchased my 2009 Chevy Traverse from Uftring's four years ago and they were so wonderful to work with we decided to return for our next purchase. I had been interested in a Jeep Wrangle Uftring's four years ago and they were so wonderful to work with we decided to return for our next purchase. I had been interested in a Jeep Wrangler for years now, but wasn't sure if it would suit our family's needs. I was not aware of all of the different Jeep models and the wide array of options that came with different packages. Austin Street, Sales Consultant, spent over two hours with me during my first trip to Uftring's on Monday, 3/24/14 to look at Jeeps. He successfully explained the different options/packages, found out what body type/color, etc. I would be interested in and let me test drive a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Austin also worked with me on the trade in of my Traverse and what the pay off would be to CEFCU. My husband was unable to accompany me to my initial visit to Uftrings on Monday, so Austin arranged for me to take the Jeep home for the day to show my family and decide if it was the right vehicle for us. In the meantime, Austin worked on locating the exact Jeep I was interested in (they didn't have a new, white/black trim, 4 door Wrangler Unlimited on the premises with the options I wanted) and informed me Monday night that if I would like, they could go get the Jeep on Tuesday morning! I was absolutely amazed that within just a matter of about 24 hours of beginning this whole process, I had purchased and walked out the dealership door driving my new 2014 Jeep! Austin was an amazing and attentive Sales Consultant. Not at all pushy for me to make a purchase, but rather concerned that he was putting me in a vehicle that was what I truly wanted. Nic Weber, Finance Manager, was also wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain all of the paperwork associated with my purchase and shopped several different banks for the lowest finance terms and conditions (which in the end lowered my monthly pament by $50)! Steve Porter, General Manager, spent lots of time talking with us about our purchase and took us back to see the Jeep while it was being washed, detailed and inspected. We were also told that anytime we would like a free car wash to stop back in! :) Not only was the customer service outstanding, the sales team stayed after hours to make sure that we were able to take our Jeep home on Tuesday (vs. having to come back in Wednesday)! We have purchased our previous 2 cars from Uftrings and will continue to return based on our wonderful experience with this exceptional team of professionals. They know how to do it right! He was very knowledgeable about the Dodge Grand Caravan and answered any and all questions my wife and I had. Our finance manager Nic was also great to work with. He made the financing experience as fast as possible. We feel that he really looked out for our best interest and went the distance to get us the financing we needed. Steve is the general manager and was very appreciative of our business. Most GM's don't care and just see more money. Steve didn't treat us like we bought a used minivan, but more like a customer who bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot. He took time to talk to us and even offered us free car washes for as long as we had the van. Great salesman, finance, and gm = repeat customer. I would highly recommend Uftring Pekin to anyone. More
