Attentive and personable from our very first greeting! After searching for a used car online, we headed to the Uftring dealership in North Pekin. We were barely in the lot when Kole Bishop walked out ready After searching for a used car online, we headed to the Uftring dealership in North Pekin. We were barely in the lot when Kole Bishop walked out ready to assist us. I knew pretty much what I was looking to find. Kole listened attentively, and I was quickly behind the wheel of a car that had the features I liked. We took a test drive, and soon we were on the "Kole route" as he called it. Since I liked how the car handled, we continued inside. As we were sitting there, the sales manager introduced himself in a friendly manner. As Kole gathered information, there was no pressure forced on us. As we talked, the original price was reduced, and a quick call by the financial manager reduced the loan's interest rate. The whole purchase was simple and honest. Everything just seemed to flow hassle free with Kole taking the lead. More
