Basic routine service is a little pricey, but they tend to do a good job. I've had issues in the past where they didn't secure battery cables correctly, and caused me to incur additional towing fees. They also seem to be stingy with coupons now, i.e. schedule service for two vehicles but can only use it for one vehicle instead of total service expense. More

This is my 2nd alignment within 2 weeks and the vehicle still pulls to the left. The problem is not fixed. I was dropped off by the shuttle in the morning so I could make it to work in Morton. When it came time to pick me up, it was a huge inconvenience for everyone because they kept stressing they close at 5:30p and wouldn’t have time to pick me up. I was attempting to leave work early so I can get my vehicle I needed picked up a little after 5p but the shuttle wasn’t close so they couldn’t wait for me. I’m a customer? Luckily I was able to find a ride from Morton to Washington so I could get my vehicle and get home. The advisor didn’t even seem to care. Poor service. I know dealerships that would stay over to assist their customers. The shuttles runs until the last customer needs picked up. The tech that worked on my vehicle stunk and so not my interior stinks as well. Not a satisfied customer. The vehicle still has a clear issue, poor customer service unwilling to pick me up just because no one wants to stay a little past 5:30p and a tech that needs their uniforms washed. Not a great experience. More
