After telling me I would be charged a fee if my loaner was dirty when I returned it, they returned my own vehicle with gravel and dirt all over all of the seats and dirty prints on the windshield and othe was dirty when I returned it, they returned my own vehicle with gravel and dirt all over all of the seats and dirty prints on the windshield and other places. My SUV is not spotless because it's a work vehicle but this was just unacceptable. More

The body shop would not reschedule my truck to finish the repair work because they said they were short handed of employees.
