That was my 2024 Christmas present from "Santa" via Uftring Chevrolet. In addition, I was able to use my Chevrolet Rewards to purchase the mudflaps I needed/wanted. Every time I visit or call the dealership, I am greeted cheerfully, courteously, and professionally! Everyone from the front desk to service make me feel like a valued customer. Ben Taylor is my salesperson and has excelled in that capacity. And thanks to his superior assistance, the warranty plan I purchased included key fob replacement, which helped greatly when I recently lost one. I have to give great kudos to the parts and service departments. Purchasing accessories is so easy with the skilled professionals behind the counter. And service? Wow! They treat my car as though it were their own. I pulled in one day because my tire pressure warning light came on. I started to exit my vehicle when I was informed I should just pull the car forward and my tires were filled to the correct psi as I sat in my car... in and out in less than 10! Over the forty years I have been using this dealership I have had more good service than bad. Last week I took my Trailblazer in for its first service. Everything seemed to go well until I got home and noti have had more good service than bad. Last week I took my Trailblazer in for its first service. Everything seemed to go well until I got home and noticed on both of the back passenger doors a grease spot, about the size of a person’s palm, close to the wheel well. This tells me there was a lack of professionalism from the person who preformed the task as well as the lack of a final inspection from the service rep. More
