I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent vehicle purchase and the subsequent service experience I had with your dealership. On November 21, I purchased a truck that was li regarding a recent vehicle purchase and the subsequent service experience I had with your dealership. On November 21, I purchased a truck that was listed for sale with only 6,000 miles. However, upon taking delivery and having the vehicle inspected, I discovered that the actual mileage was, in fact, 14,000 miles, which is misleading and unacceptable. Shortly after the purchase, I took the truck to the service department at another dealership due to suspected transmission issues. During their inspection, the service team raised concerns about potential water damage, citing excessive mud and dirt in the engine compartment. This raises serious questions about the vehicle's history and condition prior to my purchase, especially since I was assured of its quality. When I contacted the purchasing dealership to address these issues, I was informed that they consider the dirt and mud a mere "light dusting" and that they cannot determine who may have caused the damage, as they occasionally loan out vehicles. Furthermore, they have refused to provide a refund or cover the necessary repairs, which I believe is unacceptable given the circumstances. I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter and a resolution that includes either a full refund or coverage for the necessary repairs. It is critical that Uebelhor & Sons Chevrolet uphold its reputation for quality and customer service. More
They were very quick in answering my question and completing deal. When we went back to pick up are new use truck the salesman had it cleaned and full of fuel for use. he also got it sent to their se completing deal. Please Please Please get another price from another dealership! Here is my brief but reason I would never refer Dave Henke or Kurt Lorey from Uebelhor. I purchased very much over priced 2019 GMC Savana dealership! Here is my brief but reason I would never refer Dave Henke or Kurt Lorey from Uebelhor. I purchased very much over priced 2019 GMC Savanah Cargo Van (40K)back on Dec. 2, 2021. I drove 2 plus hours from Indianapolis market(supply and demand) to pick up a van I found online. Dave assured me before I took ownership that the steering was pulling to the right because of the tire inflation. In fact brought it back to his relative in the service dept. to confirm no issues with alignment or anything else. What an absolute joke! I was an hour in to my drive back and already on the phone with Dave to turn around and have them reevaluate the steering. But...what for it!! On text message he assured me it wasnt a big deal and he suggested I take into a local car mechanic near me and they would reimburse me with the repairs. Well you guessed it repairs are completed for a total amount of around $2400(Thank you Christian Brothers you guys are great in Greenwood). Almost 2 months later and countless hours of writting, calling and ultimately small claims court...not even the $98 dollars Kurt Lorey promised has been returned. Wish I could keep these smaller cities going by givinig them business but unfortunately what you say and confirm in writing doesnt matter much to these folks at Uebelhor in Jasper, IN. My husband and I drove over 4 hours to pick-up our new Equinox at Uebelhor & Sons. I found the vehicle on their website and gave them a call. Chris was very informative and when he didn't have an answer to my questions, he was very prompt in returning a call with the answers. He was such a nice person I was disappointed because we didn't get to meet him. He did leave us in good hands though. Dan Lechner meet us when we arrived and we found him to be a "duplication" of Chris. He was so...... personable you felt at ease right away. He went over every possible function on our new Equinox with us. He then personally thanked us for choosing Uebelhor & sons because he knew the distance we had traveled to purchase a vehicle from them. He then introduced Kim to complete the paperwork.(Kim had called me earlier in the day, to get personal information, so it would speed up the dreaded paperwork process.) Again, I can't express enough the kindness and personal attention of their staff. True to her word, she had all the paperwork ready and we were finished in no time and headed back home. I will definitely recommend Uebelhor and Sons to all my family and friends. Keep up the great job!!!!! More

Tony made it easy, with email and phone calls to put everything together. They came to my business and appraised my trade worked the deal up and brought it to me. All I had to do was stroll in to the dealership and do the paper work with Tammy and I was off and running. I love my new Yamaha Blue Silverado.
